Engagements start at $500 a month. Most clients pay more than that. What moves the number isn't your revenue — it's how many accounts we're reconciling and how many transactions run through them.
If you're behind, catching you up is a separate one-time fee. You'll know both numbers before anyone starts anything, and the monthly one doesn't change when the catch-up is done.

How much does bookkeeping cost?
Engagements start at $500 a month, and most clients pay more than that. What moves the number isn't your revenue — it's how many bank and credit card accounts we're reconciling and how many transactions run through them. You'll get an exact flat quote on a free call.
Do I need to be in Rome, GA to work with you?
No. We're based in Rome and we work with plenty of businesses here, but the whole practice is virtual. Your books don't care where you are, and neither do we.
What if my books are a complete mess?
That's most of the people who call us. Catching you up is quoted as a one-time fee, separate from your monthly price, and you get both numbers before we start. Nobody is going to make you feel bad about it.

How do you protect my financial data?
Your login credentials live in per-client controlled documents that no client can access, including you — deliberately, so no one outside the people doing your work can reach them. If anyone leaves our team, every password they could have touched is rotated the same day.
Do you process payroll?
No. Your payroll provider runs it. We record and reconcile it — making sure what they reported matches what actually left your bank account every month.
