Simple, Transparent Bookkeeping Pricing for Small Businesses
Flat-Rate Pricing. No Hourly Billing. No Surprises.
At Ensemble Bookkeeping, we believe you should always know exactly what your bookkeeping services cost — before we start, not after.
Every client pays a flat monthly rate agreed upfront. We never bill by the hour, and we never charge extra when you reach out with a question. Ask us anything, any time — that's what we're here for.
Our pricing is custom because your business is unique. We base every quote on three simple factors: your monthly transaction volume, the number of accounts we manage, and the services you need. Once we understand your situation, we give you a flat number — no ranges, no surprises, no renegotiation.
Three Things Determine Your Monthly Rate
Monthly Transaction Volume
The number of transactions we process each month is the primary driver of your rate. More transactions means more time — and your price reflects that accurately and fairly.
Number of Accounts
Bank accounts, credit cards, loans, lines of credit — each account we reconcile is factored into your quote. The more accounts in scope, the more comprehensive the work.
Services Included
Monthly close and reconciliation is our foundation. Add financial reporting, payroll coordination, catch-up bookkeeping, or advisory services and your rate adjusts accordingly — always quoted upfront.
Every Ensemble Client Gets This — Every Month
Additional services — payroll coordination, catch-up bookkeeping, and advisory — are available and quoted separately based on scope.
What You'll Never See on an Ensemble Invoice
Hourly Billing
We never bill by the hour. Your rate is flat, agreed upfront, and doesn't change because you asked a question.
Charges for Questions
Call us, email us, message us — we're here. Asking questions is part of the service, not an add-on.
Long-Term Contracts
We earn your business every month. Everything runs month-to-month after your Engagement Letter is signed. Stay as long as the value is there.
Surprise Invoices
Your rate is agreed before we start. If your needs change and pricing needs to adjust, we discuss it with you first — always.
Most Small Businesses Pay Between $500 and $995 Per Month — Larger Operations Pay More
Our minimum monthly rate is $500. Most of our clients — small service businesses, contractors, and solo operators across Rome, GA and the surrounding region — pay around $995 per month for full-service monthly bookkeeping and reporting. Larger businesses with higher transaction volumes, more accounts, or additional services invest more. There is no upper limit — our pricing scales with the complexity and volume of your business.
The fastest way to get your number is a free 15-minute call. No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about your books and a quote you can take away and think about.
